Last updated: November 25, 2025These are the Terms and Conditions for ZipWeasel, developed by 4vor4 UG (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and they apply to all in-app purchases and subscriptions made by any user within the ZipWeasel app. By purchasing a product, subscription, or item within the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be clearly indicated. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renew in your device’s account settings after purchase.ZipWeasel may include a usage quota (e.g., document uploads, summaries generated, or AI features) as part of your subscription plan. These quotas are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review the app or pricing page for updates. Unused quota during a billing period does not carry over to the next billing cycle.We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate any usage quota without providing compensation or refunds for unclaimed or unused portions. Quotas are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.It is your responsibility to ensure your device and app settings allow notifications for updates, changes to your plan, or important billing information. We are not liable for missed quota usage or subscription changes due to notification settings being disabled or ignored.Refunds cannot be processed directly by us. All refund requests must be initiated through the respective app store where the purchase was made (iTunes App Store, Google Play, etc.).
